Jambalaya Cook Off for Christus Foundation – Cancer Care Fund

Rules:

Pork & Choice of Sausage

1. All meat must be cooked on-site
2. Rice can be booked off-site
3. No power will be provided
4. Cook for 20 people
5. $10.00 per entry
6. Food band $5.00 with People’s Choice ticket with each arm band purchased.
7. Winnings
   1. 1st Place – 50% of entry fees
   2. 2nd Place – 30% of entry fees
   3. 3rd Place – 20% of entry fees
8. People’s Choice – two nights camping with beach pass, expires after one year. ( Depends on availability)
9. All entries will be numbered.
10. Each team needs container for People’s Choice Ticket
11. People’s Choice Tickets will be picked up 30 minutes before winners announced.
12. Start cooking at 9:00 Am and turn in at 1:00 PM

Cajun Oasis is generously contributing all proceeds generated from the event to the Christus Foundation- Cancer Care Fund. We feel it is important to give back and to offer assistance to individuals who must journey for their medical treatments, covering essential expenses such as lodging and fuel costs.
