RESERVATION: Weekend 2 night minimum. Holidays 3 night minimum. 

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS: No Reservations can be made more than 90 days in advance.

QUIET TIME:     9:00 P.M. TO 8:00 A.M. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 P.M. To 8 A. M. Friday, Saturday, and Holidays – Please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time. All carts and bikes must be back to RV spot by quiet time.

CHECK IN TIME IS 1:00 P.M.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 P.M. – due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer; the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 hours’ notice full refund. Less than 72 hours forfeit first day of reservation.

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS must pay first month’s rent up front. If you cancel you forfeit first months rent.

SPEED LIMIT: Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph.

SEWER: All sites have full hookups. Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Sewer hose must be fastened using a rubber donut. Dumping of grey water on the ground is strictly prohibited.

OCCUPANCY: Price includes 4 persons occupancy. Each additional person will be charged $10.00 per day with a maximum of 6 persons per site.

CHILDREN: We want the children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the watchful eye of a parent /guardian. Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your child at the park when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.

PETS: Please maintain control of your pets. Leash must be no longer than 6 foot. Campers allowed 2 pet limits at RV site. Owners must clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets tethered on a leash, or chain or in a pen outside overnight when you are absent. Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the office or laundry. The same rules apply for cats as for dogs. Cats are inside pets only. If outside, they must be on a leash with the owner at all times. These rules are for health reasons as well as the respect for others. NO AGGRESSIVE BREED OF DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

ONLY electric carts are allowed in the park. There will be a $5.00 a day fee and only licensed drivers 18 years or older are allowed to drive the carts. Proof of insurance must be provided.

Trash: Put trash by side of road by 10:00 A.M. Dumpster location in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied; boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Please leave laundry room as you found it. If they are in need of attention, please notify the manager. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited; however, keeping you RV clean and in good repairs is required. No maintenance on RV or vehicles in the park without management approval. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any RV because of condition or appearance.

INTERNET: Wireless internet is for our guests. Cajun Oasis RV Resorts, LLC, is not responsible for the operations of this service. For problems with the WIFI, please contact the office during regular business hours.

FIREWORKS ALLOWED IN AREAS DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT; NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED.

PARKING: Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough. Please park parallel to your RV out of the main drives. No cutting through RV sites. Designated parking will be provided for visitors.

No upright storage containers, tires, 55-gallon drums, exercise equipment, generators, refrigerators, excessive plants, and other storage containers are allowed at the site or under the RV. CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED, ELECTRIC SPACE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO CHEATER BOXES OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. Cajun Oasis RV Resorts, LLC, is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s. DO NOT allow any oil to leak on the pad.

CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate eviction without refund.

Drugs: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Cajun Oasis RV Resort, LLC.

Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately.

Any information reported will be strictly confidential.

SMOKING: Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the fire pits. Dispose of properly. No smoking in resort buildings.

LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.

NO SWIMMING ALLOWED IN THE Fishing LAKE
