All profits will be donated to Christus Ochsner St. Patricks hospital. Good food for a good cause. Who can say no to that…. Come check it out!

Jambalaya Cook-Off Rules (Pork & Choice of Sausage)

1. All meat must be cooked on-site
2. Rice can be cooked off-site
3. No power will be provided
4. $10.00 entry fee
5. Wristband to taste test is $5.00. A People’s Choice Award ticket will be included with each band purchased. Extra tickets to vote will be $1.
6. 1st Place – 50% of entry fees
   2nd Place – 30% of entry fees
   3rd Place – 20% of entry fees
7. People’s Choice – two nights camping with beach pass, expires after one year (depends on availability)
8. All entries will be numbered
9. Each team provides their own container for People’s Choice Ticket
10. People’s Choice Tickets will be picked up 30 minutes before winners are announced
11. Start cooking at 9:00 am and turn in at 1:00 pm
